I have tried many Balsamic vinegars and find most of them sharp and bitter. I therefore decided to create my own reduction many years ago – I love it, and I hope you will too. Use as a dipping sauce with extra virgin olive oil, drizzle over salads, or use as a cooking aid where a dash of sweetness is required. Has to be sampled to be fully appreciated.

Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Balsamic Syrup.
