I make these Ceppe di vino (wine-sticks) using Italian white wine, extra virgin olive oil, and selected flavourings to compliment your favourite wine. They are made WITH wine FOR wine, and are certainly not breadsticks!- they are crunchy but crumbly and terribly moreish A true luxury I hand roll each one, like we do in Italy.
