I use only the best red onions and slow cook them for several hours with extra virgin olive oil to caramelise and sweeten them using their own natural juices over 600g of red onions are reduced into a 180g jar. I have removed all the tedious hard work to make this product easy to use hot or cold as a relish, sandwich filler or simply with your B.B.Q. favourites.
